What we collect
- Your email address, to sign you in and contact you about your account.
- The photos you upload and the images you generate, to provide the service.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe; we receive your name, company name, billing country and the amount, never your full card number.
- Basic, cookie-free page analytics (pages viewed, a daily-rotating anonymous visitor id, country), and Google Analytics, which outside the EEA, UK and Switzerland sets analytics cookies (pages viewed, rough location, device); in the EEA, UK and Switzerland it runs without cookies. One cookie keeps you signed in.
How we use it
Only to run the service: sign-in, generating your images, billing, support and preventing abuse. We do not sell your data and do not use your uploads to train models.
Who processes it
Stripe (payments), fal.ai (image generation: your upload and the prompt are sent to generate the image), Cloudflare (hosting and network), Google (email delivery).
How long we keep it
Your uploads and images stay in your account until you ask us to delete them or close your account. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and images at any time by email. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).
