Terms of Service

1. The service
Seam Shots ("we") lets businesses upload photos of their own clothing products and generate images of those products worn by AI-generated models ("Studio"), and offers done-for-you photo sets. Models in our images are AI-generated and are not real people.
2. Who can use it
The Studio is sold to businesses only, located outside the European Union. By buying credits you confirm you act for a business and that the billing details you give are correct. Payments with a billing address in the EU are refunded automatically.
3. Accounts
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure; you are responsible for activity in your account.
4. Credits and payment
Credits are prepaid through Stripe. One credit is used each time you generate a photo, whether or not you keep it; creating your own model uses the number of credits shown before you confirm. Credits do not expire. Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout. A generation that fails on our side does not use a credit.
5. Your content
You may only upload photos you own or have the right to use. You keep all rights to your uploads. The images you generate are yours to use for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, and we will not use them to promote Seam Shots without your permission. You give us the limited rights needed to process your uploads and deliver your images.
6. Acceptable use
No sexual or nude content, no content involving minors, no images of real identifiable people without their consent, nothing illegal, deceptive or infringing. We may suspend accounts that break these rules; unused credits of a suspended account are refunded unless the suspension is for fraud.
7. Results
Images are generated by AI and can contain mistakes (details of a garment, hands, text). Check every image before you publish it. The service is provided "as is", without warranties beyond what the law requires.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
10. Law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes go to the courts competent for our registered address, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
