Unused credits
If you change your mind, email us within 14 days of a purchase and we refund the credits you have not used, to the original payment method.
Used credits
Credits used for generations are not refundable, because each generation has a real cost to us. If a generation fails on our side, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
Problems with results
If images came out clearly wrong because of a fault on our side, write to us with the examples and we will return those credits.
EU billing addresses
We currently sell only to businesses outside the EU. Payments with an EU billing address are refunded in full automatically.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go back through Stripe to your card, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
